Online Coaching
- In person training sessions
- 4 week training program (gym or at home workouts) based on your goals and targets - 3/4 workouts per week, for you to complete either at a gym, or at home (this can be tailored based on any equipment you may/may not have at home)
- Access to a community/support WhatsApp group chat
- Free recipe and protein guide e-books
- Team meet ups and events
- Continuous support via WhatsApp with myself
